Portrait and brand photography pricing
Every session starts with a portrait. Longer sessions add more: more time, more places, your work. I price by the session, not by the image, and every edited photograph is yours.
Sessions
Starting prices
Short session
Starting at $400
Headshots, or kids about 6 to 12. 30 minutes in front of the camera, with time to settle in first. 5 edited photographs.
Portrait session
Starting at $800
Seniors, creatives, anyone. The base of everything I do. 90 minutes: we talk first, then I photograph. 30+ edited photographs, delivered within two weeks.
Portrait + your work
Starting at $1,600
Makers and small business owners. Up to 3 hours: the portrait session, plus your work, your space and your process, as it happens. 60+ edited photographs, with use on your website, in press and on social media.
A full day
Starting at $4,500
Several people, several places, or a whole story. About 8 hours on location. 90+ edited photographs, with use on your website, in press and on social media. Need something in between? Ask and I’ll quote it.

For editors and reporters: quoted per assignment. Tell me the story and when you need it.
Good to know
Where
Wherever fits the story: your workplace or studio, your home, or outdoors around Longmont and Boulder. Travel is included in Longmont, Boulder, Louisville and Lafayette. Within about 45 minutes it’s $50, within an hour it’s $100, and farther than that I’ll quote it.
Booking
We start with a phone call to make sure we’re a good fit. Then a 50% non-refundable deposit books your date. If you need to move it, the deposit carries over to a new date with 48 hours’ notice.
